My husband is a fisherman (scallops) Im not sure the location where they fish put I know its atlantic and they go out really far. My question is what products and service can I purchase to be able to talk with him via internet. They have satellite phones but its outrageous. Any info on satellite internet services. Im not technology bright so and help is appreciated. thanks for the answers

I know dialup is very slow and incovenient, but some people still have it cause of their location (availability of broadband isn’t available). Do you still use dialup?

thinking of buying a house in a rural location but when I looked for broadband access availablity using the postcode the answer came back that broadband not available – what alternative options do I have to get a fast internet connection if BT line won’t support? Any Ideas gratefully received, cheers.

I travel with my job typically taking contracted assignments for a 13 week stretch. When the contracts over, I move to a new location. I have considered pc cell data cards, but have heard that they dont work well and customer service is really bad besides being ridiculously expensive. Should I depend on wifi and dialup with a cheap service like peoplepc? Should I subscribe to Boingo, wayport, or ? and what are the advantages to this?

ive two sets of speakers, of the same power, and only one hi fi. i only need to use them in the same location at the moment, but for future reference, any info on how to run them into another room would be appreciated.
