good place to buy a television on the web?

hi i am trying to buy a new tv.my dad got me one for this past xmas but i have since taken it back 3 times due to blurs in the picture and crooked frames. last night i decided to just get the money back and look for one on the internet.im willing to save up money for one thts under 27 inches and a hdtv with 1080p resolution.do any of you know where i might find sumthin like this?it needs to have jacks for standard definition and the vhf/uhf port for my satellite.do any of you know how much this will cost? and where i can go on the web to buy one for under 300 to 400 dollars

I have Yahoo Sbc and since last night I havent been able to check my email or go to certain sites(error mess)?
I keep getting an error message when I try to log on to check my email or even my face book as well as other websites..The error message would say
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. etc…

Would this be considered shoplifting or burglary charge. look below.? and will go to county or state prison?
a person goes to a hifi electronics store after hours at night. goes to the back of the store enterance and enters through a unlocked backdoor and steals a tweeter from the store for his stereo system he stole the night before from this very same store

What are the name of these crimes and what prison will they go to county jail or state prison?
1) enter through a unlocked back door of a hifi electronics store at night after it is closed and steal a tweeter from the store for your stereo system which was already stolen from this same store the night before.
2)stay at a five level story toy store after it’s closing time come out of your place hiding(so u cant see seen) at 1a.m. go behind a counter open a cash register and steal money from the cash register by stuffing and puting it in a bag you carried with yourself and eventually empty the cash register
3) rob a bank of america being a bank robber
4) the owner of a hourse is outside celebrating a party meanwhile a person enters through a open door to the house without been seen breaks open a combination of a locker in the house and steals valuable coins then leaves the house with the stolen valuable coins
