I want to use web based e-mail. Sometimes I click on a “mailto” link and Windows Outlook opens. I don’t want any e-mail program to open! Where do I set that? I use Firefox as my browser, but I have Internet Explorer installed for those sites that don’t work with Firefox.

OK, i’ll tell you the problem: My laptop is having several errors and fails to open programs such as Internet Explorer, Outlook, and many other important functions on my computer. This happened just recently and I have no idea how it did, because I haven’t tampered with it in any way. I also need to know if I should get a new computer or if there is a way to reverse/fix the problems i’m experiencing. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A55-S1063 that is less than seven months old, for those of you who are wondering.
Another thing you might want to know is that the problem is not associated with a virus…that’s all I know about the whole ordeal.
