Just been told that in order to go onto my psn i need to update the system, but it tells me that if i were to update it then i can no longer use any other operating system (such as linux). I feel really angry about this. I declined finishing the update because of this and i can’t get onto my playstation network account. So, basically if i want to be able to use online i need to accept something that will take away the playstations ability to have linux?

What do yall think of this? and should i complain?
To be completely honest its more the principle im getting angry over. I don’t use linux but it would be a nice feature to have in the future if i ever decided to put it on.

My ps3 plays ps/ps2 games, so if the update takes that function away (i doubt it) then screw sony and screw their console. Guess id have a new paperweight to go with my conspiracy blue alienware laptop.

How old do you have to be for Playstation home?

When i go in my apartment for playstion home, i cant get out of the plaza because of parental controls. My account is over 18, so how do i disable all parental controls?

And if you have any other advice related to the PS3 can you please tell me, because im new to it.
