Sister’s puter gets only 48.8 kbps, I have broadband, wonder download newest I.E. and save in zip file, or are there any other ways to do this? Would take FOREVER if we do it on hers…life is too short!LOL!!! Any help apprecitated.

i went from dialup to dsl and the guy that put it in left a web tool bar on my puter how do i remove it?

The puter tells me that the file Hpzr3209 is missing… What can I do to correct the problem? I did try to reload from the website then I found the cd… and tried it? And it tells the the same thing… what can I do to correct the problem?

My ISP is no help & I’ve tried to change the dialup rules but nothing seems to work. After the “error 619″ shows up the screen says “the script has halted”. When I click “OK” it goes into redial mode & starts the process all over again.

I want to telephone voicing a complaint about one of their products that I bought just before Christmas and first opened up one month ago. I bought a lexmark scanner printer that said it had picture paper and ink along with the needed cables to hook up to my puter. I have had two heated conversations with lexmark who said they did not make nor include the needed connections with the said scanner nor did they manufacture them. It plainly stated on the box what was in the box which turned out to be a BLATANT lie!!!
My problem is I want what I paid for nothing more nor nothing less!!!
I threw out the box straight away as I was just moving into the apartment so I have not the box to prove what I am saying but Walmarts still have the same scanner printer on sale in their stores.
What I want to know is how or who do I tell now what is going on? I want the usb cord that was suppose to have been in the sealed box….the ink cartridges were.
