Is there such a thing as a bootable .iso virus and spyware scanner from DOS or a runnable without loading an operatating system?

ive recently installed norton anti virus and i cannot seem to get to my usual sites either, I dnt actually know what web browser addresses for the relevant parts ie it will accept and allow me to open into ebay but stops nme sigining in the log in page..with the messages server cannot be found.. does anyone know how i can 1. put all my email addresess into outlook express/ microsft outlook so i can get them all in one sign in ? also to configure the anti virus to allow me to use my normal sites.. thankx

My web browsers work, but iTunes cant reach the music store, messanger finally loged in afeter over 30 tries, my virus protection has become croupt, my firewall wont load, my router wont install corectly, my computer has be on the internet for 6 days straight with no virus porotection, is that a mistake. no google earth and halo wont conect either, my browser is the olny thing that will.

where do i find the yahoo anti virus scanner?

I can find the scanners, but none will remove the viruses or anything that is critical to my computer for free.
